The conference will be held at JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort & Spa. The Marriott has blocked a limited number of rooms for the MAC at a conference rate of $229.00 per night (plus $20 resort fee and taxes). Any cancellations or reservation changes must be made directly with the hotel 72-hours prior to your arrival date or your credit card will charged for one night’s stay.

Full refunds for the conference activities will be available through October 15, 2021. NO REFUNDS will be given to anyone who cancels after that date OR who fails to show up. If you are registered and cannot attend we encourage you to send a substitute. There is no extra charge for sending a substitute in place of an individual who cannot attend.
