The conference will be held at JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort & Spa. The Marriott has blocked a limited number of rooms for the MAC at a conference rate of $239.00 per night (plus $20 resort fee and taxes). Any cancellations or reservation changes must be made directly with the hotel 7 days prior to your arrival date or your credit card will charged for one night’s stay.

Full refunds for the conference activities will be available through September 27, 2022. NO REFUNDS will be given to anyone who cancels after that date OR who fails to show up. If you are registered and cannot attend we encourage you to send a substitute. There is no extra charge for sending a substitute in place of an individual who cannot attend.

Friday October 28, 2022. 8:30 am shotgun start on The Canyons course. Our scramble golf tournament is limited to the first 48 people to register. Prizes are given for 1st-5th place as well as longest drive and closest to the pin. Teams are formed based on handicaps. We try to accomodate special requests for pairing but we cannot guarantee you will be paired with the team you request.

Not a golfer? Register now for our 2nd Annual MAC Doubles Pickleball Tournament. Friday, October 28th from 9:00 am - 11:00 am at the JW Marriott Tennis Courts. Prizes will be awarded to 1st -3rd place. Limited to the first 16 players to sign up.Sign up with a partner or allow us to match you with another player.
