    Join us at the hotel for organizing and assembling Welcome Baskets for UMOM. While families are staying at UMOM, they provide them with all of their daily essential needs from shampoo and conditioner to toilet paper and baby care items so they can focus on the things that are really important like finding a job or an affordable place to live. UMOM has a client services center where they can pick up whatever items they need while they are in our program. The Welcome Baskets are just that. They are placed in their rooms at check-in and provide comfort and the ability to clean up because many times families have been living in their cars or on the streets prior to arrival. UMOM New Day Centers About: Founded in 1964, UMOM is located in Phoenix, Arizona and is an innovative provider of shelter, housing and services for people experiencing homelessness.     Join us for a Post Conference Event at the Western Spirit: Scottsdale's Museum of the West. Transportation will be provided to and from the Scott Resort. We will have docent tours of the museum, flamenco dancers (including a lesson!), food, beer and wine.
